As the Retail Director’s deputy with oversight and budget responsibly for up to 50 stores; my time as Group Area Manager - U.K, covered every store and team in our portfolio at one time or another.
This included the Duke Street Emporium flagship, a concept that was born from an idea of bringing fashion, food and friendship together. A place to meet, the store was the first to house both the Jigsaw and ‘Shop at Bluebird’ concepts together under 1 roof.
With a focus on training, development and retention, we built teams to last. Teams with robust client bases, commercial acumen and a passion for the brand and collections.
I was also the retail voice for new strategic projects such as ‘One Stock’, ‘deliver to store’ and new initiatives across POS, online, local marketing and visual merchandising.
