Established in 2004, Jigsaw USA had 7 West Coast locations with 15 planned over 3 years, including New York. Our neighborhood stores brought our unique British design, quality and style to a growing band of loyalists. In partnership with Bloomingdales and our committed, passionate store teams; we built a creative brand with a unique place on the U.S high street.

As Head of Retail, my mission was to create a genuine, memorable experiences which clients wanted to return to. Driven by a fresh energy, a new clientele program focused on gratitude rather than discounts, and collections bought and delivered with the American market in mind; we enjoyed 3 years of consistent growth.

  • Santa Monica winning the ‘Most Loved Store’ competition in 2019

  • San Francisco Fillmore becoming a ‘Flagship’ for the brand

  • Creating the ‘Jigsaw Compass’ training program WITH the team
